Return and Exchange Policies

  1. Agent Warranty:

    Products are guaranteed by the agent for 3 years from the purchase date.

  2. Product Returns (Under Conditions):

      2. If returned via shipping companies, the customer bears the shipping costs.
  3. Replacement of Defective Products:

      2. Provide complete details about the product defect.
  4. Company's Right to Refuse Requests:

  5. Refund Process:

    For payments made via electronic gateways or direct links:

    1. Refunds will be issued to the same payment card used.
    2. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days.
